From traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture involves the use of delicately placed needles along meridians in your body. Acupuncture works to address one's energy, known as chi or qi, and it can bring relaxation and body balance.

Cupping can be static or dynamic when the cups are moved across the area of concern and this does not leave the person with "cup kisses"
