Pressure Release Therapy can help us pinpoint the route of the adhesions that are causing pain. This therapy works to reduce scar tissue from an injury by loosening the muscles to increase circulation and decrease the internal friction and tension in the muscles

Cold laser is a low-intensity form of therapy where a low-level light is used to stimulate the regeneration of damaged cells and reduce pain or inflammation. It is cold because your skin does not heat up.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy

CST is a gentle form of treatment where the therapist uses his or her hands to assist in the release of fascia as well as to move fluids within the central nervous system.

Cupping Treatment
Cupping Treatment

Performed with glass cups or a silicone variant, cupping creates a suction over the skin and underlying tissues in order to provide pain relief, help reduce inflammation and improve blood flow as well as for relaxation. Cupping can be static or dynamic when the cups are moved across the area of concern and this does not leave the person with "cup kisses"

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage

Helpful for muscle tension and relaxation, increased pressure is applied in slow, deep strokes. The heavy pressure is purposeful as it will reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. You may experience soreness for 24 to 48 hours, but the relief is well worth it!

Kinesio taping works by strategically placing specialized tape which lightly decompress the tissues in a given area, to help with injuries.

Vascutherm 4

This device used to compress, warm and cool (iceless) injured tissue. It is particularly effective for treating knee and hip replacements and for shoulder surgeries. A few treatments will accelerate healing in a quick and painless way. The area of concern is compressed, cooled and eated and is often used for spost-surgical prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)

Myofascial Release

Fascia that wraps around and supports your muscles can become tense and for painful trigger points. The Release is applied gently and slowly as that is how restricted fascia responds.

Neuromuscular Techniques

Effective for back pain, muscle spasm or myofascial trigger points. Static pressure is applied to the affected area between 10-30 seconds.

Each service includes a brief consultation and assessment from your therapist, and post-session, home care suggestions (stretches or exercise routine), and a treatment plan.

COLD LASER

  • 30 min Laser pkg. - $60.00
    (For pre paid 30 min. packages of 5 or 10)

MASSAGE

  • 30 minute Massage - 30 Mins - $65.00

  • 45 minute massage - 45 Mins - $80.00

  • 60 minute massage - 60 Mins - $95.00

        (These massages focus on problem areas and, is include enough time to
        complete a full body massage)

  • 75 minute massage - 75 Mins - $120.00

       (This is a very thorough massage.  Most individuals receive treatment to
        all the problem areas)

  • 90 minute massage - 90 Mins - $135.00 

       This massage is meant to concentrates on problem areas and typically             complete a full body massage)

  • 2 hour Intensive massage - 120 Mins - $175.00
    (A full body deep tissue massage that allows the therapist to concentrate on multiple issues))

  • 60 Minute Dynamic Cupping Massage - 60 Mins - $115.00

  • 90 Minute Dynamic Cupping - 90 Mins - $155.00

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full amount for your treatment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time.
